state fraud regulation requirements, employing simplified
processes that make it easy for claims handlers to make
fraud referrals. From inception, we track all referrals to
the SIU, the Department of Insurance, and district
attorneys, following up through the prosecution stage. We
also submit year-end reports as required by each particular
state.
At Probe, we see it as our job to make your job easier.
We will meet with your claims staff to provide consulting on
fraud prevention and to review investigative policies,
